On-site surface treatment and/or chemical cleaning refers to the treatment of installations before commissioning or after a production run, using circulation units.
With capacities ranging from 15 to 750 m³ per hour, coupled with filter units and heat exchangers, our circulation units can perform all necessary treatments.

ROMARCO NV has around sixty pump units with flow rates varying between 15 and 750 m³/hour. With the help of our heat exchangers, the treatment liquids can be heated to the desired temperature. Our filter installations ensure the correct filtration of the treatment liquids from 500 to 1 micron. For the treatment of tanks and distillation columns, we have various tank cleaning machines. Solvent cleaning and work in hazardous areas are carried out with circulation tanks equipped with activated carbon filters, coupled with Eexd pump units.

Thanks to regular analysis and adjustment of our treatment liquids, we can guarantee a perfect treatment of the installations entrusted to us.
The waste streams generated during chemical treatments can be stored in our ADR-approved tank trucks to be disposed of for official processing in accordance with legal provisions.
If desired, the treated installations or pipes can be dried. ROMARCO NV possesses compressors and dryers that supply oil and water-free compressed air.
